Villa Adair is a gorgeous two-story oceanfront home with all new furnishings and the finest appointments.  With over 3000 square feet of sunny living space situated on an extra wide corner lot, Villa Adair enjoys stunning white-water and sunset views from the expansive front patio area as well as a spacious oceanfront deck off the living room and master bedroom.

All four bedrooms as well as the living room enjoys their own private entrance through sliding glass doors which open to a generous private deck or patio.  Large family reunion and corporate retreat groups will enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without walking through the rest of the house.

Villa Adair faces west with a straight-on whitewater view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean.  The home is very bright with walls of glass and soaring 20-foot high ceilings that capture the morning sun and frame the beautiful sunsets each evening.  The living room and dining room are both spacious for large groups and afford unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean.

There is a large backyard deck right off the dining room and kitchen to make indoor-outdoor parties extremely inviting.  The kitchen enjoys a pass-through serving window to the gas BBQ and the outdoor dining area.  Beyond the deck is the rear yard with a Jacuzzi Spa for 6-persons and ample offstreet parking including a full two-car garage and three parking spaces in front of the garage.

Villa Adair is among just a few oceanfront homes available in the Sunset Cliffs area of Point Loma--located due west of downtown San Diego.  This means you will be less than 10 minutes from all the major San Diego attractions--Sea World, Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the historic Gaslamp District, Little Italy, the new Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the Convention Center.  This puts you closer to San Diego's best attractions than any other oceanfront estate-sized home in San Diego.

Sunset Cliffs is a great location--none of the parking problems or congestion that you encounter in Mission Beach--yet just two blocks away is a little village retail area with 15 shops and restaurants.  Walking several blocks further brings you to the famous Ocean beach pier which is the longest pleasure pier on the West Coast.

There are hundreds of food and entertainment choices in nearby Ocean Beach.  Mission Bay and Pacific Beach just a short drive north. The amazing San Diego Wild Animal Park, Legoland and the sights of Mexico are just a half-hour away by car.
